Q: Do you accept orders from overseas?
A: Sorry that we only do local orders (Hong Kong) at the moment, we would try best to make the shop more international in the future.

Q: Could I use credit card for the payment?
A: Yes you could pay by credit card via PayPal, as our shop is connected with PayPal payment system.

Q: Are there any other payment methods?
A: Yes we do accept bank deposit (HSBC), FPS, and Payme, you would see the instruction when you do the checkout. Simply select the payment options you prefer, mark down the details if you need, and complete the transaction as soon as possible. Please kindly screen capture the transaction receipt as a spare copy.

Q: How long does it take for the delivery?
A: Once your order is completed with successful payment, we would dispatch it within 3 working days, you would normally receive your parcel via SF Express in 2 days after. And please note that due to the pandemic, there may involve some unexpected delay, feel free to contact us if you have any concern.

Q: I don't know how to shop online, may I do shopping in your physical shop?
A: We regret to say, we haven't started our physical shop yet, however yes you could still reach us in person. You could directly contact us via email, tell us about the goods that you are interested in, then we would arrange the meetup for the face to face transaction. No delivery charges is needed!
